At Burst, we love our pro artists, because… Where would we be without YOU?
We have been hard at work and have come up with a plan to reward our pro artists for their continued loyalty, and this is what we came up with…
From now on, over and above the wholesale prices, all pro artists will now also earn commission on referrals to the website, and sales generated from that referral.
So this is how it is going to work…
All professional artists will receive a unique code that they use when purchasing on the website, but also what they need to give to their clients when referring them to the website. I will be loading these codes during this month, so you’ll receive the before the end of the month. Make sure all clients that gets lessons and attend workshops, shoots, weddings, or even just your friends, get that unique code. So when they purchase anything on the website, you will receive commission on that sale, so you will keep earning from that client forever! You will keep earning because you referred them, as long as they use YOUR code. You will start earning commission from your first referral. This will only be on referred retail clients, not other artists.
There is a sliding scale how commission is earned.
Refer clients to the sales value of R0 – R1500, earn 1.5% commission
Refer clients to the sales value of R1 501 – R4 000, earn 2.5% commission
Refer clients to the sales value of R4 001 – R10 000, earn 4.5% commission
Refer clients to the sales value of R10 001 – R25 000, earn 6% commission
Refer Clients to the sales value of R25 001 +, earn 8.5% commission for life
Commission is accumulated over a 1 month basis, and commissions will be paid out 10 to 15 days after the end of that month – so basically every 45 days. If your commission is less than R50, it will carry over until it accumulates over R50 to be paid out. Alternatively, it can be allocated to your account as a credit that may be used with your next purchase. Burst will be in contact on a monthly basis, via email, to make arrangements for payment.
You, as an Agent/pro artist/brand ambassador can still purchase however many brushes you want in your specified price bracket and retail them to your clients, and make more money that way.
Please let me know if you have any additional ideas to make this easy and fair on everyone.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
